Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM PST Saturday, 9 AM–2 PM PST

Sapience Tutoring is a rapidly growing education company committed to delivering high-quality tutoring and academic support. We are looking for a Recruiter & Onboarding Specialist to identify top-tier talent, introduce them to Sapience, and ensure a smooth hiring and onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for various roles.
- Candidate Engagement: Clearly communicate Sapience Tutoring’s mission, values, and job expectations to candidates.
- Selection Process: Work closely with department managers to identify and hire the best talent based on business needs.
- Onboarding & Training: Ensure a smooth transition for new hires, guiding them through company policies, procedures, and expectations.
- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and refine hiring processes to attract and retain top talent.
Qualifications
- Experience in recruiting, HR, or hiring processes preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple candidates.
- Ability to assess candidates effectively and match them to business needs.
- Proficiency in modern recruitment tools (really, LinkedIn, Applicant Tracking Systems).
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented, able to manage the end-to-end hiring process.
