We are seeking a dedicated entry level Childcare Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and creating a safe, nurturing environment for them to learn and grow.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide attentive care to children in a nurturing and safe environment
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate the children's physical, emotional, and intellectual growth
- Maintain a clean and organized childcare setting
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care
**Experience:**
- Experience working with children in a childcare setting is preferred
- PreK teaching experience is preferred
- Knowledge of educational principles to engage children in learning activities
- Familiarity with education administration for effective program management
- Previous experience in higher education teaching or tutoring is a plus
