Production Manager

The Saritte Harel Team, a top real estate force in NJ, is expanding and looking for a dynamic Real Estate Production Manager to join our growing team.

We are redefining real estate in premier NJ towns along the Midtown Direct train line with an innovative approach that integrates in-house production, transaction management, marketing, and branding—powered by cutting-edge technology. Job Description:

As a Production Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations and success of our real estate team. You will work closely with real estate agents and other team members to ensure the efficient and effective management of real estate transactions. Your attention to detail, organization, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will be essential to your success in this role.

Position Details:

• Full-time preferred, but part-time opportunities available for the right candidate
• Competitive compensation bonus structure

$28 - $30 hourly

PRODUCTION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as the right hand administrative lead to Saritte
• Prepare Seller Buyer Packages
• Assist with drafting contracts
• Update and maintain exclusives sheet vendor list
• Client Showings Meet vendors, contractors, etc if agent needs assistance Help track and reduce expenses
• Ensure supplies are in stock (booties, sales folders, etc)
• Purchase pick up closing/referral/ team gifts promotional items Listing Responsibilities:
• Assist in gathering information on the home, putting together copy, photo management, sitting photo shoots, and more
• Assist with prepping listings for showings: Lights/lock boxes, keys made, riders, baskets, etc
• Lead on preparing listing website, brochures/floor plans, and agent alerts
• Pick up brochures/other marketing materials drop off to property.
• Picking up and delivering marketing materials to listings
• Lead Tracking
• Reporting in CRM for Saritte to maintain agent accountability
• Make sure open house leads are entered and coded

MARKETING RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with events initiatives (occasional evening or weekend needs) Help with inventory of office collateral (white folder documents, postcards, swag, business cards, town rack cards, etc)
• Assist in farming postcards
• Assist in client seasonal gifting, touchpoints, etc
• Take on-site videos for social //social planning assistance
• On-site listing assets (photoshoots, BOHs, etc)
• Town highlights//around town//hotspots reels
• Agent thoughts//market highlights

• High school diploma or higher education
• NJ Real Estate license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Previous real estate experience is a plus but not required— we will train the right person!
