Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Cannabis Sales Representative to join our team on a commission-based structure. This role is ideal for a self-starter with a passion for cannabis, excellent sales skills, and the drive to exceed sales goals.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with dispensaries and other cannabis retailers.
Identify and reach out to potential new clients within assigned territories.
Promote our product line, explaining benefits and features to clients.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with the team to provide market feedback and identify opportunities for growth.
Stay updated on cannabis industry trends, regulations, and competitive products.
Qualifications:
Proven sales experience, preferably in the cannabis industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within designated territories.
Familiarity with cannabis products and compliance regulations is a plus.
Compensation:
