SCAD seeks an Executive Director of PR and Publicity for Executive Administration to develop and execute effective public relations initiatives in line with the university’s mission and in support of executive administration leaders.
In this role, you will develop public relations involving local, regional, national, and international media and social media opportunities. Initiatives will cover institutional recognition, community engagement, and university publications. The executive director must be creative and flexible, motivated by achieving measurable results, and must have a comprehensive understanding of leadership goals.
The ideal candidate has exceptional project management, organizational, and analytical skills. You have demonstrated success in building executives as thought leaders and authorities in their fields of expertise and in formulating and implementing brand development and execution that meets stated goals. Impeccable writing, editing, and oral communication skills are essential.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, four-year university
- Public relations experience in relevant industries including fashion, entertainment, design, business, and / or higher education
