We are currently recruiting for the position of:
Manager, Pricing Integrity - Modesto, CA
The Manager, Pricing Integrity provides leadership and expertise in pricing execution at store level to ensure accurate scanning, weighing, and signing of merchandise. The position manages the development of customer relationships and solutions with store management scan teams, corporate inter-department projects, and processes affecting the stores. The position is responsible for protecting the company from significant risk associated with failure to comply with item level regulatory compliance. The position supports Compliance, Merchandising, Loss Prevention, Marketing, Information Technology, and Central Operations.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Lead, coach and monitor the Regional Scan Support Specialist team in the development, training, planning, research, analysis, and implementation of store price Integrity procedures.
- Collaborate with Central Operations on the development and management of best practices and labor models for regional support and store Scan teams, to include store price accuracy audit, scan team development, instructional materials, training execution, and sign and label execution at shelf edge.
- Monitor state and federal regulatory standards to ensure compliance and maintain adherence to policies and standards set by the company; provide specialized training to company team members regarding state and federal compliance regulation, scan procedure, and retail integrity audits.
- Manage regional price audit activity to include analysis and advise on failing audits.
- Supervise and collaborate with outside vendors related to scan functions and label/sign inventory ensuring proper delivery, inventory levels, and label and materials design.
- Provide specialized scale and host application training.
- Collaborate with store systems team members regarding hardware and software issues/opportunities, to include in-store processor, front-end and self-checkout, label printer, label delivery, sign printing, handheld devices, and fresh scales.
- Collaborate with application vendors on requirements for Scale processes and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Hiring pay range: $70,145.00 - 92,065.00
Requirements (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):
- Knowledge of state and federal compliance regulations.
- Ability to plan for and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong management skills – managing conflict and performance, providing feedback, coaching, mentoring, motivating and developing team for future growth.
- Excellent project management skills
- Effective organizational skills.
- Excellent written/verbal communication and teamwork skills.
Education:4 Year/Bachelors Degree and/or equivalent experience/training
Experience: 5 years of directly related experience, 2 years Management, Supervisory, and/or Leadership experience
Other: Some travel and overnight required.
