GENERAL SUMMARY
Provides service and support to commercial customers and staff by assisting with online banking and cash management needs. Completes processing, maintenance, and reporting related to consumer and commercial online banking.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS*
- Onboards commercial customers on various digital platforms.
- Provides customer support online and by phone. Unlocks online access, and resets passwords and security questions as needed.
- Verifies and submits remote deposits.
- Performs cash management functions including ACH, Wire, Merchant Capture, and Mobile Capture. Assists the VP of Small Business Banking & Cash Management as needed, including:
- Monitors ACH and wire transfers originated from our commercial customers
- Assists with customer training
- Processes approved limit increases
- Completes monthly and annual reporting of services and activities
- Onboards customer for new services
- Completes annual certifications
- Verifies wire transfers originated from our commercial customers
- Monitors user activity
- Assists customers with Bill Payment activity. Researches inquiries and issues with bill payments and similar transactions, and processes adjustments as necessary.
- Ensures accurate customer contact information on various systems.
- Reports data discrepancies to the Digital Channels Officer and assists in resolving them.
- Maintains detailed reports on applicable online banking functions.
- Processes digital deposit account applications for both new and existing customers.
- Assists customers as needed accessing and processing within the Numerated system.
- Communicates with customers and applicable coworkers throughout the digital account/loan opening process.
- Participates in assigned training, and complies with all Bank policies and procedures, as well as Federal and State banking laws and regulations.
- Acts as a resource to other departments related to business online banking.
- Maintains the confidentiality of the Bank’s customers.
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

PREPARATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Excellent internal and external communication skills.
- Associates degree, or some college coursework preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience within a financial institution, preferably with exposure to digital banking and cash management.
- Knowledge of the following Fiserv products preferred: Cleartouch, Client-Workstation, Client Central, WireExchange, Nautilus, Navigator/Access Manager.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Effective interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to perform tasks quickly and accurately, effectively manage time, work to solve problems and operate in a team environment to help accomplish goals.
- Understanding and application of all policies, procedures, and regulations for Cash Management.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- While performing the duties of this job, sitting is regularly required for long periods of time. This job requires speaking and hearing. Specific vision abilities required include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. This job requires frequent computer monitor use.
