As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients across various industries identify and implement IT solutions tailored to their unique needs. Your responsibilities will include understanding client requirements, proposing innovative IT solutions, and ensuring successful project execution. Base Salary : $50-$80 / k yr. with no commission cap.
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Assessment : Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their current IT infrastructure, challenges, and goals.
- Solution Development : Collaborate with clients and our solution engineers to design customized IT solutions that align with industry standards, regulations, and compliance.
- Proposal Creation : Work with solutions engineers to create detailed proposals, including project scope, timelines, and cost estimates, ensuring alignment with the client's budget and expectations.
- Technology Expertise : Stay updated on the latest IT trends, software, and hardware solutions to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Project Management : Oversee the implementation of IT solutions, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Compliance and Security : Ensure that all IT solutions meet industry compliance standards and prioritize data security.
- Client Relationship Development : Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction with our services.
- Documentation : Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and prospect / customer interactions in the company-preferred CRM.
