Child Care Coordinator - $30/hour
Locations: Nocatee & West Elementary Schools
Skill in organization, leadership and communication. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with staff, students, and parents. Ability to use current technology to maintain records and obtain data. Ability to prepare and manage a budget. Skill in personnel management, interaction, supervision, coaching, evaluation procedures, staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage. Organizing after-school activities and develop calendar that are aligned with the mission/vision of the program. Oversee staff schedules. Ensure staff follow policy, practices, and school board rules in regards to student safety. Ensure compliance with program requirements, including student attendance. Ability to work with community partners. Ability to communicate with parents orally and in writing.

Required Training

Required modules include:
- Child Development in the School Readiness Program
- Health and Nutrition in the School Readiness Program
- Safe Sleep Practices in Child Care (only required for Mustang Care at this time)
- Safety Practices in the School Readiness Program
