Description
The School District of Marshfield is seeking a full-time Cross Categorical Special Education Teacher for our Specialized Program. The program is for approximately 6-7 students who require a unique approach to learning, delivered in a small group and/or individual setting with an emphasis on functional and adaptive skills, in addition to functional academics. The students in the specialized program receive replacement curriculum and follow the Essential Element alternative achievement standards. This program offers a low student to staff ratio and a flexible learning environment.
Requirements:
Hours: 7:30 am - 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday during the school year.
Compensation & Benefits: Compensation will be determined on qualifications of the selected applicant. Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree required.
- Certification through the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction in Cross-Categorical Special Education (1801).
