The School District of Marshfield is seeking a dedicated and experienced Head Coach for our High School Varsity Girls Swim Team during the 2025-2026 school year. This is an exciting opportunity to lead, mentor, and inspire student-athletes, helping them refine their skills, compete at a high level, and foster a passion for swimming.
Responsibilities:
✅ Provide instruction and skill development in competitive swimming
✅ Develop training programs that enhance strength, endurance, and technique
✅ Foster teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal growth
✅ Create a positive, structured, and competitive training environment
✅ Contribute to the overall educational and athletic experience of student-athletes
