Your Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records within UKG, ensuring data accuracy and
- Assist in updating the new UKG system with saved historical data from ADP WFN stored in our restricted drive.
- Support system configurations, troubleshooting, and user access
- Assist with HR reporting, dashboards, and analytics to provide meaningful
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to improve workflows and system
- Train and support employees on UKG usage and best
- Respond to UKG emails in the HR Inbox and assist with troubleshooting for end users.
- Participate in system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new UKG
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies through accurate HRIS data management.
- Generate and distribute reports related to staffing changes, payroll, and
- Maintain electronic employee records to ensure legal and regulatory
- Provide recommendations for process improvements within UKG and other HR
- Collaborate with Payroll Administrator to ensure employee data is accurately recorded to avoid payroll errors and inconsistencies.
What We Require
- 1 years of HRIS experience, preferably with
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential
- Experience with HR reporting and system
- Ability to collaborate across teams and provide excellent user
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR analytics tools is a
- Knowledge of Cognos report writing and ClickUp is a plus.
- Job location is based at Scion’s Chicago corporate headquarters.
- Working hours consist of standard daytime business hours, with flexibility during peak times.
