Cleaning Technician

• Have the ability to perform tasks associated with cleaning, including but not limited to: standing up to 8 hours, walking up and down stairs, bending, kneeling, and lifting 25 pounds.

Schedule:

• Part time or Full time positions available.
• Most Residential cleanings are scheduled Monday-Friday 800-500. You have the ability to let us know what days/ times you are available.
• Must be available to work rotating weekends, typically 1 weekend per month (usually 1 partial day, not a full weekend).

Pay:

• All Residential Cleaning Technicians start at $17.00 per hour.
• We do not have a set pay raise schedule. Raises are given based on performance and attendance. Most cleaners are increased to $17.00 within 6-12 months, as long as there are no performance or attendance concerns.
• Top pay is $20.00.
• $250 SIGN-ON BONUS after completing 3 months of employment - Sign on bonus is eligible to employees in good standing who are working 20 hours per week.
• Travel pay - see travel below.

Service Area & Travel:

• Travel is expected. We have an office in Smyrna & we service homes within Kent & New Castle Counties. We will travel further if a client is willing to pay a higher travel fee.
• You are required to travel up to 60 minutes, one-way, per day. We try to schedule as logically as we can, so typically, travel is less than this, but you must be able to travel, if needed.
• You are paid your base rate a while driving.
