Sales Associate - Medical Uniforms

Position: Sales Associate at The Scrub Shoppe

The Scrub Shoppe is a rapidly growing medical uniform store that caters to healthcare professionals. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Clerk to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and positive attitude

- Help customers with finding the perfect uniform and accessory items

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

- Maintain store cleanliness and organization

- Monitor inventory levels and restock merchandise as needed

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving any inquiries or concerns

- Assist in visual merchandising and store displays

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store objectives

- Follow company policies and procedures for cash handling, returns, and exchanges

- Maintain knowledge of current and upcoming product offerings and promotions

- Adhere to all safety and security protocols for the store

Qualifications:

- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred

- Knowledge of medical uniforms and accessories is a plus

- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with customers

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling

- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

- Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25lbs

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
