Overview: We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Guest Service Agent to join our team. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Duties: - Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel and its amenities - Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy in reservations and payments - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally - Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and events - Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and services to effectively assist guests - Operate the hotel phone system to answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or guest room - Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately - Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience - Perform night audit duties as needed Requirements: - Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry - Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues - Multilingual skills are a plus - Familiarity with hotel operations and guest relations - Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Join our team as a Guest Service Agent and be part of creating memorable experiences for our guests.
