Press Operator

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled, detailed oriented indicidual to operate our heat press applying transfers to garments. They will also serve as an asistant to our embroidery team.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor heat press machines to produce components according to specifications.
• Set up and adjust tooling and machinery for optimal performance.
• Perform routine maintenance on press equipment to ensure reliability and efficiency.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
• Collaborate with team members on assembly line tasks and production goals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the production process.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Press Operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with various types of machinery including CNC, lathe, milling machine, press brake machine, and tooling equipment.
• Experience operating forklifts is a plus.
• Strong understanding of machining processes and assembly line operations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
• Willingness to adhere to safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.50 per hour
