Position Summary:
The Seagate Golf Club we're currently seeking a warm and detail-oriented Ladies Locker Room Attendant to join our team. In this role, you'll be the friendly face that ensures our ladies' locker room is always clean, organized, and stocked with everything our guests need for a delightful experience.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the ladies' locker room and restroom facilities throughout the day.
- Ensure that toiletries, towels, and other amenities are well-stocked for our guests' convenience.
- Provide attentive and courteous service to address any questions or requests from our patrons.
- Monitor the locker room area for any maintenance issues and promptly report them for resolution.
- Present yourself professionally in our uniform, embodying the values of The Seagate Golf Club.
- Provide exceptional service to the ladies as they enjoy their card games.
- Assist with food and beverage for the locker room and card room.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English, with exceptional communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is advantageous.
