Job Title:Project Manager, Technology
Department:Information Technology
Reports To:Manager, Technology Projects
Primary Objective: Responsible for defining and managing projects, milestones, success criteria, resource allocation, and successful on-time delivery needed for a variety of projects focused on: technology tools, stadium technology, cloud services, vendor management, along with process, platforms and companywide software tools. Key contributor as it relates to internal operational tasks and processes.
Essential Functions:
- Under the direction of the VP, Technology Solutions and Manager, Technology Projects -- prioritize projects within the organization that require management and/or evaluation of process improvement.
- Serve as a strategic project leader, seeking new, improved and innovative ways to increase employee and organizational effectiveness through Technology project initiatives.
- Establish, maintain, and deliver processes for managing scope during multiple project lifecycles, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks
- Deliver high quality projects within the constraints of scope, quality, time and budget.
- Project prioritization while setting customer expectations and alignment with larger organizational goals.
- Manage a group or groups of internal stakeholders and contractors that serve on the project(s) to deliver systems and systems enhancements that meet specified requirements.
- Ensure Technology resources align with Company Mission, Purpose and Core Values. Identify and implement Technology strategies to support business objectives.
- Coordinate documentation of standard operating procedures for various processes in the company
- Assist with operational tasks related to IT service ticket management, ensuring timely resolution and efficient handling of internal operational requests.
- Assist in problem-solving procedures between internal departments and vendors. Track project performance, specifically to analyze the completion of short- and long-term goals.
- Communicate with key stakeholders and senior leadership on project updates and escalated issues via status meetings and prepared reports.
- Will perform other duties as assigned by manager.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management/operations required. Degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field preferred.
- A minimum of 5 (five) years of technical project, program or product management experience required
- PMP or PMI certification preferred.
- Experience delivering technology and business application solutions in a large-scale, multi-platform systems environment.

The anticipated starting pay for this role is between $78,000-95,000. All perks are subject to eligibility requirements and availability and may be modified or amended from time to time.
