Job Title: Wardrobe Distribution Attendant
Department: Ballpark Operations
Reports to: Sr Manager, Guest Experience
Status: Event Staff, Seasonal, Non-Exempt
Primary Objective: You will be one of the first friendly faces to proactively welcome Team Members to the ballpark. Wardrobe Distribution Attendants are responsible for the day-to-day operating needs of the Wardrobe Distribution Center, ensuring service levels are consistently and professionally met. As a WDC Attendant, you will play an important role in representing the Mariners brand by serving as the initial point of contact for all uniform and equipment needs.
Essential Functions:
- Accurately manage and track uniform inventory levels and additional Team Member supplies.
- Distribute, maintain, and collect ticket scanners, as well as troubleshoot any issues that arise on a given game day.
- Communicate and coordinate with the Sr Manager , Guest Experience regarding any Team Member issues that require escalation to BPO Management and/or People and Culture.
- Assist with ordering, barcoding and distributing uniforms and equipment as needed.
- Responsible for updating and maintaining uniform database.
- Responsible for maintaining hygienic and presentable uniforms for all game day departments.
- Must be able to help mend and sew uniforms as requested.
- Help prepare premium area comfort items, including washing and folding blankets.
- Record all time worked promptly and accurately and follow meal and rest period expectations.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to support your safety and the safety of others.
- Provide input on WDC policies and procedures, as directed.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic sewing and mending skills required.
- Advanced sewing and mending skills are preferred.
- Ability to understand and utilize technology, including but not limited to radios, communicators devices, laptops, printers, and ticket scanners.
Competencies, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA’s):
- Proficiency with basic computer programs. Experience with inventory software is a plus.
- Must possess exceptional guest service skills, with a friendly attitude and demeanor.

Physical Activities and Working Conditions:
- Must be able to lift 40-50lbs.
- Must be flexible in working various hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to stand for a significant portion of the shift.
- Must be able to bend consistently.
- Must have functional near vision.
- Must have functional manual dexterity.
