Restaurant Server at The Sebastian - Full-time Year Round

The Sebastian is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Gambit Lounge Server to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our staff, you will provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring they have a memorable and enjoyable experience. Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly with a warm and welcoming attitude.
• Present menus, explain daily specials, and assist guests with menu selections.
• Take and accurately convey food and beverage orders to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and beverages, ensuring presentation and temperature meet our high standards.
• Monitor tables to anticipate guest needs and provide timely service.
• Address any guest inquiries, complaints, or requests with professionalism and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables and restocking supplies.
• Comply with all safety and sanitation regulations and procedures.
• Participate in training programs and team meetings to enhance service skills and knowledge.
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a server in a restaurant or similar setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Knowledge of food and beverage pairings is a plus
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and be on your feet for extended periods
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
