The SEER Group is hiring experienced HVAC Service Technicians. Servicing the Lewis & Clark Valley for over 30 years with an A Rating with the Better Business Bureau, we're looking for motivated and hardworking individuals to join our team!
Job Title : HVAC Service Technician
Location : Idaho 83501
Pay : $28.00 - $40.00 / hr - Includes up to $10,000 hiring bonus, Relocation assistance available.
Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm
Benefits : 401K with up to a 4% employer match. Medical, dental, and vision–100% paid for by the employer. Paid holidays, vacation, and paid sick leave.

HVAC Service Technician Position Summary :
The HVAC Service Technician's role is to provide excellent customer service while providing maintenance and repairs on a variety of both residential and light commercial air conditioning and heating systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with heating and cooling equipment.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding service needs and solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
