We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Support Specialist to provide reliable IT support and ensure the smooth functioning of our IT systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in support, desktop support, and a foundational understanding of security, MDM, asset management, Office 365, Active Directory, and networking. You’ll need a strong foundation in IT security, particularly in identifying and mitigating security threats. A proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively, while providing clear and concise explanations to users.
Position : Technical Support Specialist
Location : Remote (Ideal candidates will live in one of the following areas : Seattle, Washington / Dallas, Texas / Salt Lake City, Utah)
Shift : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00AM - 5 : 00PM
Compensation : $55,000 - $65,000
Benefits : 401K with up to a 4% employer match. Medical, dental, and vision - 100% paid for by the employer. Paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave.

What You'll Be Doing :
- Provide Level 2 support for technical issues related to hardware, software, and networks.
- Assist in managing and troubleshooting Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
- Support Office 365 and Active Directory, including basic user and group management.
- Perform desktop support tasks, including system installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Troubleshoot basic networking issues, including LAN, WAN, and VPN connectivity.
- Maintain and update IT asset inventory, ensuring accurate records of IT equipment.
- Resolve basic networking issues such as connectivity and configuration problems.
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
- Document and update support tickets, solutions, and processes for knowledge sharing.
- Support end users in adhering to IT security policies and best practices.
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
