GROWTH MARKETING ACQUISITION MANAGER - SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven individual to lead subscription marketing efforts, driving user activation and subscription growth for entertainment and sports services. This role works closely with marketing, product, engineering, design, business development, data analytics, and more to develop and execute impactful campaigns.
LOCATION : Culver City or Cupertino, CA (Onsite Tues-Thurs)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Campaign Strategy & Management :
- Develop and execute acquisition strategies for subscription services using data-driven insights.
- Lead marketing campaigns through on-device messaging, push notifications, emails, and in-app promotions.
- Design and test creative strategies using A / B testing, copy experimentation, and optimized call-to-action approaches.
- Partner with the journey-building team to improve customer experiences and messaging cadence.
- Data-Driven Optimization :
- Collaborate with analytics teams to evaluate campaign performance and determine testing needs.
- Propose, implement, and analyze experiments to optimize marketing tactics.
- Synthesize complex data into clear insights and create action plans.
- Summarize test results into concise, executive-ready reports.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration :
- Build and maintain strong relationships across business lines, including product, design, marketing, and engineering teams.
- Lead regular forums to align team initiatives and marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with global and local teams on international campaigns.
- Project Management :
- Define, plan, and execute projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Oversee project timelines and ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
- Provide clear specifications for communication campaigns and automated marketing programs.
- Presentation & Stakeholder Engagement :
- Share marketing performance insights with internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Deliver impactful presentations at all levels of the organization.
- Advise on campaign strategy, targeting, and audience messaging.
