- Calendar management and scheduling support for executives and leadership team.
- Procure office equipment and supplies as needed.
- Assist new employees with equipment setup and onboarding processes.

- Arrange and oversee travel itineraries for executives.
- Provide on-the-ground support for traveling executives when they visit the Cambridge office.
- Assist with various administrative projects and tasks as assigned.
- 3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to interact professionally with executive stakeholders.
- Previous experience in a large technology company or corporate environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience using Microsoft Visio.
