Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain well-organized, prioritized product backlogs.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
- Foster cross-team collaboration across multiple data-focused teams.
- Identify and remove impediments, ensuring the team stays focused on sprint goals.
- Support the VP in tracking project progress and reporting key performance metrics.
- Create and manage custom reports and dashboards in Jira.
- Ensure alignment between analytics and business process initiatives across teams.
- Promote continuous improvement and agility within the organization, advancing agile maturity.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
- Strong knowledge of Jira, including the ability to build custom reports.
- Background in data analytics and business processes.
- Familiarity with tools such as Tableau, DBT, Snowflake, and Data Marts.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams within a data organization.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification required.
