Brand Advocate Associate Requirements

• 2 years of experience in e-commerce, marketing, product content management, data management or merchandising
• Experience working with Retail eCommerce Data
• 2 years of strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to tell a story and make a recommendation
• 2 years of intermediate proficiency with Adobe Analytics and other reporting to
  
  

Brand Advocate Associate Responsibilities

• The Brand Advocate will build strong business relationships with suppliers to analyze and improve online key metrics through identifying opportunities and taking action on optimizations needed
• The Brand Advocate will also be responsible for understanding customer behavior, executing strategic plans and participating in presentations with supplier and merchandising partners to gain alignment on planned initiatives
• Identify process improvement opportunities that will optimize effectiveness
• Build reports and analyze KPI reporting on product performance, specification fill rates, asset engagement, assortment and competitive gaps/opportunities
• Create optimization action plans and lead performance presentations for monthly, quarterly and annual results
