How You’ll Make An Impact
- Act as a brand ambassador for TSG, delivering an exceptional first impression and ensuring prospects have a top-tier experience.
- Work closely with the Communications Sales team to strategize, build, and manage a strong sales pipeline.
- Research and identify potential business opportunities, helping to align client needs with TSG’s key service offerings.
- Drive expansion within enterprise accounts, strengthening relationships and uncovering new avenues for growth.
- Take initiative in developing sales skills, with a focus on solution-based approaches tailored to the Communications industry.
- Bring a problem-solving mindset, strong communication skills, and a willingness to understand the nuances of technical consulting sales.
- Deliver a customer-first approach, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for prospective clients.
- Engage in consistent outbound and inbound outreach, utilizing personalized messaging, cold calling, and social selling techniques.
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in technology consulting or staffing.
- A resilient and adaptable mindset—comfortable with rejection, eager to learn from setbacks, and focused on refining sales strategies.
- A strong interest in technology, with the ability to grasp technical concepts and articulate their value.
- A growth-driven attitude, eager to contribute to the success of a fast-growing Technology Consulting company.
- A track record of achieving or exceeding performance goals in previous roles.
- A passion for face-to-face engagement, with the flexibility to travel locally for client meetings and relationship-building.
- A natural curiosity and drive to learn, staying informed about trends in the Communications industry.
- A strong commitment to building a career in technology consulting.
- A determined, service-oriented approach, with perseverance in a competitive sales environment.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal abilities.
