- Accurately enter data into Excel and internal tools such as Empower and Oracle Cloud.
- Collect and consolidate data from various sources.
- Review and validate data for errors or inconsistencies; correct issues as needed.
- Regularly update and maintain databases to ensure information is current.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports for management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing data integrity initiatives and audit processes.
- 2 years of professional data entry experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience supporting data integrity and participating in audits.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
