Digital Product Owner Must Have Skills
- 5 years of Digital Product Ownership/Product Management experience - Supporting product roadmap planning and strategy.
- Knowledge of IVR/Conversational Speech and AI capabilities and related call handling strategies
- Strong data analysis, research, and reporting skills: Ability to synthesize complex information and use Data for decision making.
- Hands-on using dashboards and raw data in Excel to do analysis and reporting
- Ability to give reporting requirements to reporting teams to create dashboards / reports
- Contact/Call Center operations or technology
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Strong curiosity, enthusiasm, and drive for succesDIGITAL PRODUCT OWNER PLUS SKILLS:
- Demonstrate familiarity with agile development processes.
- Possess knowledge of Conversational IVR and AI capabilities to effectively contribute to related projects.
- Prior Communications or Telecom industry experience
- Knowledge of Tableau, Visio, Lucid, MicroStrategy, Confluence/Chalk
- Experience with back-end system integration and APIs.
- Ensure that business requirements align with the overall roadmap strategy.
- Collaborate with business units to gather and validate requirements.
- Translate business needs into actionable items.
- Maintain thorough and organized archives of all relevant documentation and decisions.
- Develop and maintain metrics to measure the impact of the roadmap.
- Create comprehensive reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Present data-driven insights to key stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.

- Organize and lead meetings to discuss roadmap status and address any concerns or questions.
- Monitor development timelines to ensure they are understood and met by all involved parties.
