You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth project execution, from initial scheduling to final delivery, enhancing our clients' experience throughout the execution process.
Client Project Experience Coordinator Requirements
- 3 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role, preferably in a technical or cybersecurity environment
- Post secondary education in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with technical teams and clients
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts and penetration testing processes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate project records
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Customer service orientation with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing deadlines
- Proficiency in Google suite, ideally experience using Monday
- Familiarity with confidentiality and data protection practices in handling sensitive information
- Current or ability to achieve Government of Canada clearance required
- Experience working in a professional services or consulting environment
- Knowledge of ITIL framework or other IT service management practices
- Experience with CRM systems and sales support processes
- Bilingual (English and French)
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and IT infrastructure
- Coordinating and scheduling penetration testing projects, ensuring optimal resource allocation and timely execution
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, from initiation to close-out
- Managing project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion of penetration testing engagements
- Facilitating communication between the penetration testing team, clients, and other stakeholders
- Preparing and maintaining project documentation, including schedules, status reports, and client communications
- Coordinating pre-engagement activities, including scoping calls, authorization processes, and technical setup requirements
- Monitoring project progress and proactively addressing any issues or delays
- Assisting in the preparation and delivery of penetration testing reports and presentations to clients
- Managing the project close-out process, including gathering client feedback and conducting internal debriefs
- Maintaining and updating project management tools and databases
- Supporting the development and implementation of project management best practices within the penetration testing team
- Assisting with resource forecasting and capacity planning for upcoming projects
- Collaborating with sales and business development teams to provide project-related information for proposals and client inquiries
- Ensuring compliance with policies, industry standards, and legal requirements in all project activities
