The Select Group is seeking a dynamic Senior Project Manager to focus on the technical delivery management of contact center applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies and be adept at managing complex technical projects in fast-paced environments. This role requires exceptional communication skills, the ability to drive execution, and a demonstrated capability to work under pressure and tight deadlines. The Senior Project Manager will also be responsible for transitioning financial management tasks to the Project Management Office (PMO) and presenting key project milestones and outcomes to upper-level management and executive leadership.

Senior Project Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities :

• Technical Delivery Management : Lead the successful delivery of contact center application projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
• Financial Management Transition : Manage the separation and transfer of financial management responsibilities to the PMO, ensuring a smooth transition and ongoing oversight of budgets, resource allocation, and forecasting.
• Communication & Execution : Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related matters, managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders, while driving execution and ensuring clarity in communication.
• Presentation Creation : Prepare and deliver presentations using master templates to executive leadership and upper management, highlighting project progress, risks, and key outcomes.
• Agile Methodology : Leverage Agile frameworks to deliver projects on time, within scope, and meeting business objectives. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, lead sprint planning, and manage the project backlog.
• Problem-Solving & Decision-Making : Translate business requirements into actionable tasks for the technical team, working under pressure to drive the team to deliver results in high-pressure situations.
• Stakeholder Management : Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring expectations are managed and that business pressures are effectively translated into actionable work for the team.
• Project Prioritization : Oversee and prioritize multiple concurrent projects, managing shifting priorities and tight deadlines to meet organizational goals.
