WEBEX CALLING IMPLEMENTATION ENGINEER | REMOTE (20% TRAVEL REQUIRED)
The Select Group is looking for a talented WebEx Calling Implementation Engineer to join one of our top healthcare partners, who is taking on a full IT infrastructure refresh for each of their locations. This particular individual will be joining the IT Infrastructure Team and help with the upcoming sites transfer over to WebEx calling from their previous vendor.
WEBEX CALLING IMPLEMENTATION ENGINEER REQUIREMENTS
- Experience within networking for IT infrastructure projects
- Experience with call center implementations
- Strong knowledge of Cisco WebEx Calling, CUCM, SIP, VoIP, and PBX systems
- Experience with network protocols
- Ability to configure WebEx Calling dial plans, call routing, auto attendants, hunt groups, and call queues
