Consolidate workforce strategy data from ~10 platforms (using ‘same’ template) and create robust workforce strategy slides (leveraging and eventually enhancing the template)
Automate existing Excel/Powerpoint manual dashboards in Power BI
Implementing process to track incremental approvals/burst capacity from ideation through approval/hiring/release

Provide business and data analysis in support of Technology's workforce and strategic cost management efforts. Initial focus will be to help us functions to automate our manual reporting and support in depth data analysis across the several workstreams.
