The project aims to empower and nurture young leaders by providing them with the tools and knowledge to thrive. NextGen Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site paid 10-week role located in Albuquerque, NM starting June 23, 2025. From ages 18-24. As a pre-apprentice, your day-to-day tasks will include participating in various training sessions, engaging in land-based learning activities, contributing to community wellness initiatives, and supporting capacity-building efforts. You will work closely with mentors and team members to develop leadership skills and cultural understanding. This role requires active participation and a commitment to personal and communal growth.
