We are seeking a friendly and efficient Food Runner and Host to join our team. As a Food Runner/Host, you will play a vital role in ensuring excellent guest service by delivering food orders to tables in a timely manner, greeting guests, and seating them. Your attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively will contribute to a positive dining experience for our guests and you will be a vital part of our family here at Seminole Tap.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the appropriate tables
- Seat guests and greet them in a timely manner
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of food orders before delivering them
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth food delivery process
- Assist in setting up dining areas and maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing any guest inquiries or concerns
- Communicate effectively with both guests and team members to ensure efficient service
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and any dietary restrictions or allergies

- Strong hospitality and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
