Location & Hours:

• Office Location: Totowa, NJ
• 9am - 4pm Monday - Friday
  
  

Salary & Benefits

• Annual Salary: $80,000 to $81,900

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the hiring process by verifying document compliance and conducting New Hire Skills Tests and Hands-On Assessments
• Lead New Hire Orientation and ensure all employees are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills
• Flexibility to travel occasionally within the field to conduct supervisions, retrain, and orient field staff when needed (gas and mileage reimbursement provided)
• Assist with the development and administration of training and orientation policies and procedures
• Coordinate in-service training and maintain documentation to ensure CAHC compliance
• Perform Nursing Supervisor duties as needed, providing leadership and guidance to staff
• Ensure the consistent application of universal precautions, aseptic techniques, and infection control guidelines
• Demonstrate the ability to manage stressful situations effectively, maintaining professionalism and clear communication at all times
• Uphold confidentiality for all employee and client records
• Maintain productivity while managing time effectively and utilizing resources efficiently
• Consistently demonstrate professionalism in appearance, communication, and work performance
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Active RN license in good standing in the state of New Jersey
• In lieu of a BS degree, 3 years of professional RN experience in community health and/or home health, with progressive responsibilities
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with staff and clients
• Ability to perform physical tasks that may include lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage stress effectively
• Professionalism in all aspects of the role
