Customer Service Associate - Medical Nutrition Supplies
Job Overview:
We are seeking an energetic customer service representative for emerging dietary supply business. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Customer Service Responsibilities list:
- Manage incoming phone calls, faxes and emails regarding nutrition and obtain insurance authorizations
- Coordinate deliveries and billing of nutrition products
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers and referring physicians and nurses.
- Obtain and organize necessary documentation from physicians.
- Update customer documentation as needed.
- Enter appropriate information in multiple databases.
Requirements and skills:
- Proven customer support experience handling phone calls and digital inquiries
- Attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Experience using Word, Excel, Google Sheets, Gmail, Workwave, Cortex EDI, eFax, Quickbooks and Que.
- High school diploma
-Medical billing experience preferred
- Spanish-speaking preferred

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
