Maintenance Assistant - Full-Time
Hours: 7am - 3pm
- Must be able to also work either Sat or Sunday
Duties: Help maintain building and grounds. Identify needed supplies, and report interior/exterior problems of building and equipment. Plow, and shovel roadways, and sidewalks. Perform handyman tasks. Complete work order forms with time and cost of supplies. Store chemicals, tools, and equipment in a proper and safe manner. Repair or replace damaged or broken fixtures or equipment. Change HVAC filters. Assist with setup and cleanup for special events.
