Nursing Positions Available:
- Registered Nurse (RN): Provide comprehensive nursing care, administer medications, monitor health conditions. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of care. Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all residents.
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): Provide comprehensive nursing care, administer medications, monitor health conditions. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of care. Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor and assess residents' health status, reporting any changes to the healthcare team
- Follow individualized care plans
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
Qualifications:
- Current RN or LPN license
- Experience working with individuals preferred with disabilities or in a group home setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Ability to pass a background check
