Key Qualifications and Attributes: Summary
- Proven Project/Program Management Experience: Extensive experience managing complex projects, specifically Global ERP implementations, from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline.
- ERP Implementation Knowledge: Strong familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP experience is highly desired), data migration, system integration, and how ERP software impacts business functions.
- Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Skilled in leading diverse teams and collaborating with multiple business units to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
- Business Process Understanding: Deep knowledge of key business processes such as Order-to-Cash (OTC), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), and Accounting-to-Reporting (ATR) for effective requirement gathering and functional communication.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution
- Develops a comprehensive project plan covering scope, milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
- Ensure alignment of the project with business objectives and technical requirements.
Scope & Requirements Management
- Collaborate with Global Process Owners & system integrators to define requirements.
- Manage scope changes through a structured change control process to prevent scope creep.
- Ensure business requirements are translated into system configurations and workflows.
Budget Management & Cost Control
- Develop and manage the project budget. Track expenses, ensuring costs remain within budget.
- Identify potential cost overruns and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure transparent reporting of financial performance, variances, & cost optimizations.
Resource & Vendor Management
- Coordinate with internal teams and ERP system integrators to allocate resources.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to functional/technical teams, ensuring clear accountability.
- Manage vendor contracts, ensuring compliance with project timelines and deliverables.
Risk & Issue Management
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and roadblocks proactively.
- Maintain an issue log and work with stakeholders to resolve challenges effectively.
- Escalate critical risks to program leadership as needed.
Stakeholder Communication & Reporting
- Provide regular project updates to executives, sponsors, and business teams.
- Facilitate steering committee meetings and ensure leadership alignment.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business users, IT, and ERP consultants.
Testing & Quality Assurance
- Oversee all aspects of testing - System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and performance testing.
- Ensure defect tracking and resolution before go-live.
- Validate that ERP configurations align with compliance requirements.
Change Management & Training
- Work closely with the Change Management team to ensure organizational readiness.
- Develop and oversee end-user training programs.
- Address concerns and feedback to facilitate a smooth transition.
Go-Live & Post-Implementation Support
- Develop and execute “go-live” plans, including data migration and contingency strategies.
- Ensure smooth cutover from legacy systems to the new ERP platform.
- Coordinate “hypercare” support post-go-live at locations.
Role Reporting: Directly to the ERP Program Director
Required Skills & Experience:
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, ERP implementations in manufacturing organizations, or business transformation initiatives. Experience with global, large-scale, cross-functional programs is preferred. Oracle Fusion Cloud experience is highly desired.
Project Management Expertise
- Proven track record in managing ERP projects from inception to completion.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies.

ERP System Knowledge

- Experience in collaborating with various business functions to ensure process alignment.

Salary : $145,000 - $175,000
