No prior HR experience is required but is preferred—what matters most is a great attitude, a love for interacting with people, and a desire to grow in the world of Human Resources!
What You will Do :
Essential Job Functions :
- Complete administrative duties for the Human Resources department.
- Assist managers with recruitment and the new hire process.
- Maintain employee records and perform periodical I-9 form audits.
- Assist with payroll processing and provide administrative support to all employees.
- Support employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
- Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding processes.
- Plan and assist with employee relations events to promote team bonding.
- Help with other administrative duties as assigned to support the HR Department.
- A fast learner who thrives in a fast-paced, high-end environment! You are proactive and take initiative.
