Looking for a licensed Realtor in Texas or someone willing to get their real estate license. Open position for a licensed real estate transaction assistant in an expanding Real Estate team. Seeking a detail-focused individual eager to explore the real estate industry. Strong communication and time management abilities are a must. Proficiency in multitasking across different roles and responsibilities is important
Compensation : 16 - $17 hourly
Responsibilities :
- Client Management - Document preparation, coordinate meetings with clients and third parties (Builders, Inspectors, Lenders, Escrow Agents), follow up on contract status
- Transaction Coordination - Manage the contract to close the process
- Assist Listing Agent - Preparation of listing materials, dropping off documents to clients, picking up keys, successfully installing lockboxes on properties, assisting with other projects / errands as they come up
