The Shack, a family-owned restaurant in Chapin, SC, is looking for friendly, energetic, and reliable individuals to join our team as Servers and Bartenders. If you have a passion for great food, outstanding service, and a fun, fast-paced work environment, we want to hear from you! Come join our 5 *Dive Bar
Requirements:
✅ Must be at least 18 years old to serve
✅ Must be at least 21 years old to work as a bartender
✅ Previous restaurant or bar experience preferred but not required – we’ll train the right person!
✅ Outgoing personality with strong communication and customer service skills
✅ Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and provide exceptional customer service
- Take food and drink orders and deliver meals efficiently
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including bar and dining areas
- Handle payments and operate the POS system accurately
- Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests.
