Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced culinary environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen operations. This position is essential for ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized, contributing to the overall success of our food service operations.
Responsibilities
- No prior experience required – we will train!
- Wash and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area and kitchen.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including busing tables and cleaning food preparation areas.
- Ensure proper food handling and hygiene practices are followed at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely availability of clean dishes for service.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies to maintain a safe working environment.
Experience
- Knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards is beneficial.
- A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team-oriented atmosphere are essential qualities for success in this role.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic kitchen setting is highly valued.
