Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Team Members and Customer Service Team Members to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in meal preparation, food handling, and ensuring that all food safety standards are met. You will work collaboratively with other staff to deliver high-quality meals and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment. We are also hiring for a Customer Service Team Member to assist in taking care of our awesome guests. In this role, you will be responsible for taking orders, both at the window and over the phone. You will assist is maintaining a clean work environment and prepping certain items.
Both roles require you to be quick and efficient, while maintaining a standard of quality and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of meals according to established recipes and guidelines.
- Ensure proper food handling and storage practices are followed to maintain food safety standards.
- Support the team in special functions as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment, utensils, and workspaces.
- Participate in inventory management by tracking supplies and reporting shortages.
- Help with the cooking process by preparing ingredients, cooking, and plating dishes as required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations and timely meal service.
- Serve our guests with a smile.
- Ensure order accuracy.
- Take orders and fulfill orders.
Requirements
- Previous experience in culinary roles or food service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with meal preparation techniques and restaurant services is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards teamwork.
- Willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation and service.
- Strong customer service skills is a must if seeking a customer service role.
- Cash handling.
- Ability to commit to a schedule and arrive on time.
