What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Manager position at The Sharing Foundation in Cambodia?
The Sharing Foundation (TSF) is a U.S. based non-denominational 501(c3) non profit established in 1998 with a mission to help meet the physical, emotional, educational and medical needs of orphaned and seriously disadvantaged children in Cambodia.
TSF manages a residential home for orphaned children, university dormitories, and a home for children on a vocational path. We manage programs to sponsor college and high school students, maintain a farm and sewing center as well as a diverse group of other educational, medical and social initiatives.
TSF has an active board of directors in the U.S., along with a seasoned skilled team of paid employees in Cambodia comprised of teachers, nannies, support and executive staff.
TSF is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the administrative and technical aspects required to run Foundation programs.
While much of this work can be done from home, the position will require one day per week at the TSF office in Concord, Massachusetts, as well as paid travel to Cambodia on an annual or biennial basis.
