We are looking for a self-disciplined, personable, professional Lawn Care Technician to join our team. This full-time position offers extremely competitive wages, retirement plan with company matching, medical, dental and vision insurance. Experience is not required; we offer paid training to obtain the necessary Wisconsin Pesticide License. Compensation starting $20 - $25 per hour minimum, potentially more based on experience and licensing status.
The Sharper Edge, Inc. is a local, family-owned company that has been beautifying homes and green spaces in the greater Green Bay area for 25 years. We have a reputation for providing consistent, reliable and personal lawn care services to our wonderful clients.
General responsibilities providing lawn care services to residential and/or commercial customers. Duties include:
- Fertilization and Weed Control
- Aeration
- Communication with customers regarding lawn care services
- Accurate record keeping and documentation/paperwork
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Must have a valid drivers’ license, be able to follow GPS directions to find job site locations and be able to use a truck and trailer
- Ability to work independently and provide good customer service
- Must be able to lift 50-pound bags of fertilizer
- Enjoy working outdoors and able to work in varying weather conditions
