Responsibilities
- Developing, reviewing, updating, modifying, and organizing electrical design plans and work schedules.
- Liaising with clients and other engineers to ensure projects are completed to specifications.
- Maintaining and improving existing engineering process as directed by Team Lead.
- Participating in meetings, technical events, and learning opportunities.
- Reviewing existing processes and suggesting new improvements, eager to learn all available design tools and calculators to be able to help all electrical engineering areas as needed.
- Attend FAT, performing diagnostics, and ensuring Electrical Code/Standard compliance.
- Supporting multiple projects/tasks to meet schedule.
- Ensuring a safe, positive work environment with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Work closely with project management teams on project status and challenges.
- Implement applicable industrial standards and project-specific customer standards to all fabrication processes.
- Ensure safe engineering design in accordance with sound engineering practice.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all work executed.
- Communicate with the Engineering Manager regarding potential problem areas in the Electrical Discipline on the project.
- Communicate with Fabrication Team Lead about completed task, deliverables, and scheduling.
- Assist in the development of standard design details and specifications as needed.
- Electrical Engineering (Bachelor's Degree Preferred)

- Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
