Responsibilities
- Lead the company’s budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
- Provide strategic financial insights to support executive decision-making and corporate strategy.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align financial plans with organizational objectives.
- Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance.
- Analyze financial results, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with business units to understand operational drivers and improve financial outcomes.
- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and board reporting.
- Deliver clear and concise financial presentations to executive leadership, board members, and investors.
- Evaluate financial impacts of business initiatives, investments, and strategic projects.
- Drive improvements in financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting processes.
- Ensure robust financial systems and tools are in place to support analytics and reporting needs.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.
- Build and lead a high-performing FP&A team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities for team members.

- HVEC implementation
- Entry of new JV partners for existing entities (international)
- Develop and finalize plans for new JVs planned in the coming year (international)
- Develop business models and drive decision making related to frontier markets (international)
- Assist with evaluating potential acquisitions and perform due diligence
- Systems implementation related to financial reporting and project management.
- Primarily office-based with occasional travel as required.
- May involve extended hours during peak periods such as year-end or budget cycles.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- MBA or CPA/CFA certification is highly preferred.
- 10 years of progressive experience in financial planning, analysis, and management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in engineering, construction, and fabrication industries.
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in financial systems and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Deep understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to reach, stand, walk, use fingers, grasp, feel, talk, hear, see and to perform repetitive motions.
