Key Responsibilities:
1. Menu Preparation:
- Prepare and create all menu items following company recipes to ensure consistency and quality.
- Efficiently prep all raw ingredients, sides, marinades, and menu items.
2. Food Accuracy and Portion Control:
- Ensure accurate food weights and measurements to maintain consistent serving portions.
- Monitor and maintain ingredient levels, promptly signaling the need for replenishment.
3. Meal Service Preparation:
- Efficiently prepare ingredients with precision in anticipation of each meal service.
- Adhere strictly to standardized recipes for consistent execution of dishes.

Qualifications:
Must-Haves:
- 2 years of cooking experience in a fast-casual restaurant setting.
- 2 years of experience with knife skills and food prepping.
- Experience in grilling techniques, beef and poultry slicing, meat grinding, and frying.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with Middle Eastern cuisine, particularly shawarma preparation.
- Over 2 years of cooking experience in a professional kitchen environment.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
